1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited property and the collection of municipal waste from the owners of uninhabited property on which the cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes , used only for part of the year located in the Kołbaskowo Community.
2. A detailed description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
1. The object of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste listed in point 3 of the Description of the Order Subject (Annex No 4 to SWZ) collected on the territory of all residential properties and on properties on which is not inhabited by residents, and municipal waste is created from the area of Kołbaskowo Municipality.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) the collection, transport and development of mixed unsegregated municipal waste;
2) the collection, transport and development of municipal waste collected selectively in containers in multi-family buildings and in bags or containers in single-family buildings, cottages and other recreational and summer properties including:
(a) paper and cardboard (waste code 200101, 150101) - container/ bag in blue, marked with 'Paper',
(b) glass (waste code 200102, 150107) — a container/bag in green with the inscription 'Glass',
(c) metals and plastics (waste code 150106) - container/ bag in yellow, marked with the inscription 'Metals and plastics',
3) collection, transport and management of large-sized waste (waste code 200307),
4) the collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste (grass, leaves, fine twigs, kitchen waste of plant origin, waste code 200201,200108) collected selectively, provided that all waste is collected together in a bag or container of colour brown, marked with 'Bio',
5) equipping residential properties and cottages and other recreational and summer properties with containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste. The containers must comply with the requirements set out in the Rules of Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in the Kołbaskowo Municipality. Contractor to ensure the maintenance of the containers in adequate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition. A list of points together with the quantity of containers the Contracting Authority shall forward to the Contractor before the service commences.
Equipment of the new export points will correspond to the demand notified to the Ordering Party by the owner of the property. The Contractor is obliged to equip the property with containers of the quantity and capacity indicated by the Contracting Authority.
6) in the event of loss, burning of the container or damage preventing proper use of the mixed-waste container, the Contractor shall be obliged to replace the new one in place of the previous one and to forbid the residue after burning, within 7 days from the date of taking by the Contractor information about such a need or from the date of notification by the Contracting Authority. The containers remain the property of the Contractor. The Contracting Authority is not responsible for them.
7) Equipment of real estate inhabited in single-family, homestead and cottages and recreational properties with segregated waste bags. Sacks for segregated waste should be:
(a) semi-transparent, made of plastic with a strength of not less than that of an elevated LDPE density with a minimum thickness of 0,06 mm for packaging fraction and waste paper with a capacity of 120 l, and for glass of 80 l,
(b) marked in such a way as to identify the fractions referred to in point 2),
(c) contain a permanent designation of the Contractor's name and logo,
8) Reception, transportation and development of segregated,
9) Operation of the collection and development system of expired medicines.
