The framework agreement will, within the agreement period, include delivery of the Customer's consumption of, among other things, pre-insulated district heating pipes, bends, arc pipes, branches, sockets, foam materials, joints, valves, alarm outlets, fittings, etc.
The framework agreement shall cover all twin/double tube components as well as single pipes, both fixed and flexible, in dimensions up to DN300 for single pipes and up to DN200 for twin/double pipes.
At the same time, the Contracting Entity may purchase assembly services in connection with welding sleeves under the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Entity may purchase special components, etc. under the Framework Agreement if the need arises.
The Contracting Entity reserves the right, during the contract period, to tender individual deliveries in separate tenders and to purchase additional supplies from another supplier, if this is deemed appropriate for the Contractor, without the Supplier being able to claim any form of compensation or reimbursement otherwise under the framework agreement.

During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Entity's activities in the pipeline sector will include:
Extension of pipeline network (new construction)
Planned wire renovation
Repair and maintenance of existing wiring networks
The annual deliveries will vary in quantities and dimensions depending on the speed of expansion, grants, demand, regulatory approvals, etc.
There is therefore no timetable for deliveries.

The contracting entity expects that a total of approx. DKK 5-7 million will be purchased annually excl. VAT within the services described in the Framework Agreement. This estimate is provisional and is not binding on the Client. The contracting entity is therefore not obliged to purchase a specific quantity of services under the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement gives the contracting entity the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement on the terms set out in the tender documents.
The main features of the pipe delivery are as follows:
Delivery in accordance with the below stipulated pipe barriers with associated necessary fittings and alarm system.

Determination of the optimal system design as well as calculation of pipe statics and expansion conditions, in cooperation with the Ordering Entity and its advisor.
Preparation of system and alarm drawings.
Provide necessary instruction, advice and guidance at the workplace and carry out random checks on the assembly work.
Contribute to commissioning and troubleshooting of alarm systems if the Ordering Entity so requests.
Preparation of delivery plan, which follows the schedule of pipe laying work.
The delivery must be carried out in accordance with NLM94 incl. special conditions, cf. Appendix B to the draft contract.
In connection with the project start-up meeting, the detailed delivery dates for the above will be agreed between the Ordering Entity and the Supplier.
