The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by substitute bus transport launched for non-running trains in connection with the introduction by the Railway Infrastructure Manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Infrastructure Manager") of a restriction on train traffic on the section: Tarnów – Krynica Zdrój – Tarnów, Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona – Żywiec – Zakopane – Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, Trzebinia – Oświęcim – Trzebinia.
