1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disk arrays and network switches, along with support, divided into 2 parts:

Part I–Purchase of disk array with technical support (MEiN ul. Common 1/3).

Part II–Purchase of network switches with technical support (MEiN ul. Common 1/3)

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (separate for each part) is presented in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) together with attachments (including the Description of the Subject of the Contract) is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a guarantee for the subject of the contract on the terms set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ (PPU).

Part I – Purchase of disk array with technical support (MEiN, Wspólna 1/3)

Within this part of the contract the subject of the contract is:

1) sale, delivery, implementation (installation and commissioning) of the disk array – 1 pc. along with a quality guarantee for the supplied equipment, technical support and software updates;

2) post-implementation workshops for 3 administrators of the Ordering Party;

3. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a guarantee for the subject of the contract on the terms set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ (PPU).

Part II – Purchase of network switches with technical support (MEiN, Wspólna 1/3)

Within this part of the contract the subject of the contract is:

1) sale and delivery by the Contractor to the registered office of the Contracting Entity:

a) Core switches – 2 pcs.,

b) switche Datacenter – 2 szt.,

c) Access switches – 32 pcs.,

(d) additional equipment: fibre optic modules and DAC cables;

2) implementation of the above-mentioned equipment by the Contractor;

3) providing technical support for the purchased equipment:

a) 60-month technical support at the level of 8x5xNBD,

(b) a permanent licence or a 36-month subscription (where necessary to provide the required functionality);

4) training in the administration of the proposed solutions.
