The Norwegian Governmental Procurement Centre, Difi/Statens innkjøpssenter, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for internal audit services.

Up to four nationwide framework agreements will be signed for internal audit services. Internal auditing services are defined as audit activities that are carried out by external consultants for governmental Contracting Authorities, in accordance with Circular Letter 117/ 16 chapter 5.

The contract period is 2 years from contract signing. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year, a total of 4 years.

The agreement's total volume is estimated to 126 795 000 NOK

Call-offs will be made by governmental entities covered by the Joint Contract. Call-offs with an estimated value of up to 100 000 NOK excluding VAT can be made directly to one of the framework agreements suppliers. Call-offs for more than 100 000 NOK excluding VAT shall be assigned via mini-competitions.
