Geological and contaminated site construction supervision for PFA 1

The object of this tender is the geological and contaminated site construction supervision for PFA 1 of the Tram Westtangente construction project. In the course of this project, the main water pipeline 5 will also be renewed over a long length and several civil engineering measures and relocations will be carried out. Before construction begins, the contractor (contractor) is to collect and evaluate all disposal-relevant documents. The waste management concept that has already been drawn up is also to be updated and adapted. During construction, various mineral and non-mineral waste materials are produced. The Contractor must provide excavation support on the construction site during the entire construction period. Their task is to supervise the earthworks and to ensure the proper formation of waste materials. According to the specifications of the contractor, waste mineral materials are loaded onto trucks by the contractor and transported to the interim storage facility of an external disposal company. There, the sampling is carried out by the contractor with subsequent laboratory analysis. Once available, the results of the analysis must be communicated to the external disposal company, whereupon the external disposal company will arrange for the appropriate recycling/disposal. Compliance with the specified disposal routes is to be monitored by the Contractor. In addition, the Contractor must check all invoices incurred by the disposal company commissioned by the Client. In the course of geotechnical construction supervision, samples are to be taken in the construction site area and examined according to soil mechanics parameters. Static and dynamic load plate compression tests must also be carried out by the contractor. The results of the geotechnical and contaminated site investigations are to be summarised in partial and final reports.
