The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules relating to the purchase orders that will be issued for the realization of the following services: Maintenance and maintenance of individual gas heating installations, electric electric collective heating, domestic hot water, ventilation, plumbing / taps and DAAF of the real estate park of Bretagne Sud Habitat and Lorient Habitat.
The maximum annual value of the framework agreement is €4,000,000 excluding VAT, i.e. €8,000,000 excluding VAT with the renewal period.
