The contract shall include the procurement of software, implementation, training and support/maintenance. The aim is that any new system is commissioned and in operation by 1.6.2016.
The contracting authority requires a system that primarily covers:
— Joint map system for Jevnaker, Lunner and Gran municipalities.
— Daily work assignments for administering geo-data, such as data acquisition, land surveying, map editing, area planning work, cadastral entries, map analyses, water, heating and sewage and themed map production.
— Access to the municipality's geo-data, including the cadastral and planning register shall be available for executive officers on the intranet and by the public on the internet and on mobile units such as smartphones and tablets.
— Good data flow in all links without the use of comprehensive conversions.
— Integration with case/archive and plan dialogue.
— Synchronisation of geo-data automatically with Statens kartverk in accordance with the new standard for geo-synchronisation and the coming national central administration system for geographical primary data.
A contract shall be signed with 1 service provider for the administration, distribution and access to geo-data for the Geodata Cooperation in Hadeland.
