Within the framework agreement, the municipality of Schouwen Duiveland wants to select six window contractors, after which works are requested via mini-competitions and 1-on-1 assignments. The Municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland works within the current framework contract according to the theory of Performance Procurement (Best Value Procurement). The mini-competitions and 1-on-1 assignments within the framework contract are carried out with the performance measurement on the assignment as an important part.
