Höganäs municipality and the companies Höganäs Energi AB, AB Höganäshem and Höganäs Omsorg AB hereby invite to tender in procurement regarding framework agreements for alarm reception and surveillance services.
Scope of procurement
The procurement concerns alarm reception and surveillance services to Höganäs municipality and the companies Höganäs Energi AB, AB Höganäshem and Höganäs Omsorg AB. The assignment primarily includes alarm reception in alarm centers, preventive surveillance, general traditional rounding, targeted surveillance and emergency response with measures. The assignment also includes disturbance hotline and property hotline for AB Höganäshem. Stationary guards/stewards may be relevant at major events, in the event of unexpected events and when the need for surveillance arises.
Since 2016, Höganäs municipality has been running a successful Security Project together with current security companies, rescue services, home care, police, night walkers and field assistants. The municipality's goal with the procurement is, among other things, that the procured supplier continues the project and further develops the preventive work in the municipality in close cooperation with the said parties.
Höganäs municipality and the purchasing needs of the above-mentioned companies are estimated at a total of approximately SEK 2 million / year. Höganäs municipality does not provide a guarantee for specified volumes, the scope may change during the contract period. A supplier will be admitted and call-offs will take place according to the terms of the agreement.
The ceiling volume of the agreement is SEK 15 million. Once this amount is reached, the agreement expires.
