The objective of this tender is to extend the existing Dynatrace rental licenses by four years with expansion and service.

The aim of this tender is to extend the existing 227 Dynatrace rental licenses by four years and to expand them by 93 licenses (host units). The license includes 2.5 million Digital Experience Monitoring Units (DEM units) and

53 million Davis Data Units (DDUs). Furthermore, a contingent of 32 optional host units (10% increase) is planned within the contract period. In addition, an optional service that includes ad-hoc support and training is required.
