The contracting authority, the cooperative association Midwaste Milieu UA, coordinates this tender for its participating members (the clients) and aims to conclude a framework agreement with one or more contracting parties for the mediation of temporary workers for various executive activities.

The agreements have a term of two (2) years with an option to extend four (4) times one (1) year. The first term always expires on 1 February of the relevant calendar year. So also the subsequent extensions. The purpose of these framework agreements is to establish, for the duration of, in principle, the first 24 months, the conditions under which further (future) contracts, which fall within the scope of the framework agreement, will be awarded to the contractor.
