The contract has as its object the conclusion of a framework agreement, with a single operator per lot, per lot, referred to in Article 54 c.3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, including the supply of spare parts, consumables, hardware materials needed, hereinafter for brevity "spare parts".
The Framework Agreement of this award procedure has the value of a regulatory contract preparatory to the award of one or more implementing contracts, to be concluded during the period of validity of the same, defining the fundamental clauses relating to contracts with regard to prices and, where appropriate, quantities.
The contract is divided into 2 LOTS.
By virtue of the Framework Agreement, therefore, the contractor undertakes to accept and consequently to stipulate implementation contracts up to the maximum amount of the Framework Agreement, for each lot.
