The needs of the grouping of orders made up of the companies of Vinci Autoroutes, namely ASF, Cofiroute, Arcour, Vinci Autoroutes Alsace and Escota, include the services of supply and delivery of magnetic tickets and thermal coils in all points of the Vinci Autoroutes motorway network. The market involves the establishment of a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum broken down into four lots. A candidate may be awarded a maximum of three lots, in fact he will not be able to obtain more than two lots concerning magnetic tickets and one lot concerning thermal coils.

This invitation to tender involves the supply of samples, the details of which are described in the consultation.

Supply and delivery of magnetic tickets for Cofiroute Arcour and the West Atlantic regional operating department (ASF). As an indication and forecast, the quantities for the duration of the framework agreement (i.e. two years and two one-year renewals) are:

For magnetic tickets in reels of 3,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with a reduced monochrome track: approximately 80,000 coils;

- monochrome wide track magnetic tickets: around 60,000 coils;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four colors: approximately 1,500 coils;

- wide-track magnetic tickets in four colors: approximately 1,500 coils;

- storage of reels internalized by the holder: approximately 115,500 reels.

For magnetic tickets on reels of 4,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with reduced monochrome track: approximately 3,000 coils;

- wide monochrome track magnetic tickets: around 2,000 coils;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four colors: approximately 60 reels;

- magnetic stripes with wide track in four colors: about 60 reels;

- storage of reels internalized by the holder: approximately 4,500 reels.

Supply and delivery of magnetic tickets for the regional operating departments of Center-Auvergne, Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne, Languedoc-Roussillon, Aquitaine-Midi-Pyrenées and Sud-Atlantique-Pyrenées (ASF). As an indication and forecast, the quantities for the duration of the framework agreement (i.e. two years and two one-year renewals) are:

For magnetic tickets in reels of 3,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with a reduced monochrome track: approximately 129,000 coils;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four-color process: around 7,000 coils.

For magnetic tickets on reels of 4,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with a reduced monochrome track: approximately 5,000 reels;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four colors: approximately 300 reels.

Supply and delivery of magnetic tickets for the regional management of Provence-Camargue (ASF) and Escota. As an indication and forecast, the quantities for the duration of the framework agreement (i.e. two years and two one-year renewals) are:

For magnetic tickets in reels of 3,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with a reduced monochrome track: approximately 161,000 coils;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four-color process: approximately 3000 reels.

For magnetic tickets on reels of 4,000 tickets:

- magnetic tickets with a reduced monochrome track: approximately 6000 reels;

- magnetic tickets with reduced track in four colors: approximately 100 reels.

Supply and delivery of thermal coils for ASF, Cofiroute, Escota, Arcour and Vinci Autoroutes Alsace. As an indication and forecast, the quantities for the duration of the framework agreement (i.e. two years and two one-year renewals) are:

- ASF thermal coil: approximately 102,000 coils;

- Cofiroute, Arcour, Vinci Autoroutes Alsace thermal coil: around 84,000 coils;

- Escota thermal coil: approximately 71,000 coils.
