The subject of the Agreement is the fulfilment of the public service obligation within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council under the conditions laid down in HD and its Annexes respectively, including the transport of passengers under the ATL on bus routes in Harju County southwest direction during the period from 01.09.2022 — 31.08.2030, the sale of tickets and other services accompanying public service obligations and monitoring them under the conditions laid down in HD and its Annexes.
