Barnsley College Education and Training Framework (ESF)

Barnsley College is a Grade 1 Outstanding College as rated by OFSTED in 2010. It is described as 'inspirational' and 'transformational', and the College is noted as 'extremely effective at raising aspirations'

of learners and supporting them to succeed'.

To build on this success and grow our provision, the College is seeking to develop a framework of experienced and established providers to support them to deliver the following European Social Fund (ESF) programmes:

Skills Support for the Unemployed for West Yorkshire (excluding Bradford), the Humber and North

and North East Lincolnshire

Skills Support for Redundancy for Yorkshire and the Humber, North and North East Lincolnshire

The framework will be for the period 1.8.2013 to 31.7.2015, with a maximum overall contract value of GBP 4 000 000.
