The intention is to commission:
- Object 1: Object planning services for engineering structures according to Part 3, Section 3 of the HOAI 2013.
- Object 2: Object planning services for traffic systems according to Part 3, Section 4 of the HOAI 2013.
- Object 3: Specialist planning services for technical equipment according to Part 4, Section 2, ALG 1.7, of the HOAI 2013.
The "MOS Bremerhaven" property is located at Elbestraße 101 in the Geestemünde district of Bremerhaven. The property has a total area of approx. 20 ha.
The barracks was built in the 1930s on the former site of a shipyard and has been a training facility for the German Navy since 1958. In addition to the teaching and accommodation buildings, there are various catering, sports and training facilities on the property.
At the beginning of the 1970s, the sewer network was converted to a separation system. In 1999 the sewer network was used for the first time as part of a camera inspection. Building on this, the sewer network was renovated and partly renewed between 2001 and 2003 (approx. 15 to 20%).
The sewage disposal of the Naval Operation School Bremerhaven takes place largely via the existing separation system, which is composed of the following drainage networks:
- Rainwater: approx. 13 km of pipes and pipes,
- Wastewater: approx. 5.5 km of sewers and pipes,
- Mixed water: under 100 m sections and pipes.
Due to the topography of the terrain, there are a large number of special structures in the form of rainwater lifts on the Bremerhaven Marine Operation School property.
Planning basics:
In LAK Part A, the structural condition of the reaches, connection lines and shafts was examined. The TV inspection was carried out between November 2015 and September 2016.
The update of the inventory was taken into account when processing the LAK Part B, so that a residual inspection of the sewer inventory was carried out in July and September 2018 and transferred to the LAK Part B assessment.
The current elaboration of the LAK Part B serves as the basis for the engineering processing.
Estimated total construction costs: EUR 4,140,000.00 gross (19%) (cost group 200-500).
The contract includes the engineering planning, tendering, monitoring and documentation of the rehabilitation of the sewage systems of the following objects:
- Object 1: sewer renewal using the open construction method,
- Object 2: sewer rehabilitation in closed construction,
- Object 3: new construction and renovation of pumping stations,
- Object 4: new road construction.
According to HOAI, performance profile for planning services for engineering structures, traffic systems and technical equipment, the construction documents (performance level 1), as well as the complete implementation planning, the preparation and involvement of the awarding of contracts and the site management including local construction supervision are to be provided (performance level 2-5) .
The RBBau performance levels 1 (LPH 2, 3 and 4 according to HOAI), performance level 2 (LPH 5 according to HOAI), performance level 3 (LPH 6 and 7 according to HOAI), performance level 4 (LPH 8 according to HOAI) and performance level 5 (LPH 9 according to HOAI) require the following special services in addition to the basic services:
Cross-property, integrated construction process planning, coordination of the overall project, preparation of the process planning, preparation of the necessary documents for the implementation of participation competitions, site supervision.
The measure is based on LAK Part B.
The client will involve other specialist areas in the implementation of the measure, including species protection, construction supervision, measurement, sampling and laboratory services, safety and health coordinator, structural planning where necessary, ordnance disposal service. These are to be coordinated by the contractor in the planning and implementation process.
The sequence of the measures is carried out in coordination with all those involved, and taking into account the maintenance of the infrastructure.
