To establish a services contract to establish a Digital Asset System for the Department of the Environment. The solution should allow for:

— Software, installation, configuration, training, maintenance, support and consultancy (if required);

— The supplier will provide a software solution and infrastructure design which will satisfy the existing requirements of DOE and cater for the rapidly growing requirement over the next 5 years.
