The nuclear and radiation protection licensing and supervisory authority of the state of Schleswig-Holstein has a need for expert services in the nuclear law supervisory process for the Helmholz-Zentrum Geesthacht for about 2 years until the decommissioning permit is issued.

The subject of the procurement is the expert support of the nuclear law supervisory procedure for the Helmholz-Zentrum Geesthacht. This order includes the awarding of expert activities in the supervisory process during post-operation up to the issue of a decommissioning and dismantling permit by the responsible nuclear licensing authority. The aforementioned approval is expected to be issued in about 2 years. The order includes testing and appraisal activities that typically arise in nuclear regulatory supervisory procedures. This includes, among other things, the safety-related assessment of the plant condition (including through periodic inspections, assessment of reports to be submitted, etc.), the assessment of changes, repairs, reportable events and forwarding messages, as well as activities in the context of the supervision of releases of residues from control areas.
