This contract regulates the relationship between Sola Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the builder) and the selected tenderer in connection with condition analyses of buildings. The contract involves the delivery of:

(1) condition reports on buildings, as stated in the Appendix

(2) energy labelling of all buildings

(3) a strategic maintenance plan for all buildings
