The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contractor services of the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property located in the Municipality of Siemianowice Śląskie.

As part of the subject of the contract entitled "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Siemianowice Śląskie",

1.1.The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of real estate located in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune.

As part of the subject of the contract entitled "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Siemianowice Śląskie", the Contractor undertakes to provide the Contracting Authority with the following services:

1) Collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune and their management,

2) Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste - collected in selected points of educational and commercial institutions, primary health care providers, pharmacies, in the buildings of the City of Siemianowice Śląskie,

3) Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste - collected in container complexes, the so-called "bells" located in places indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune,

4) Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste - collected in sets of containers, the so-called "small sets" located in places indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune,

5) organization of mobile municipal waste collection points as part of activities carried out by the Contracting Authority related to environmental education in the field of proper handling of municipal waste in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune,

6) equipping the properties indicated by the Ordering Party and places in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune, from which it will collect municipal waste, respectively with containers, containers and bags,

7) organization of mobile points of selective collection of municipal waste in five locations (places) indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Siemianowice Śląskie Commune and management of municipal waste collected as a result of their activities,

8) Current repair and replacement of containers and containers that will be required to deliver and constituting the property of the Ordering Party, as well as informing the Ordering Party at its request about the number of repaired or replaced containers and containers,

9) Maintaining in proper sanitary condition by washing and disinfecting containers and containers, the so-called "bells" used to collect municipal waste, in which it will equip real estate and places indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as containers and containers of the so-called "bells" being the property of the Ordering Party,

10) Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste - collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point,

and in the case of declaring in the offer:

11) Organize and conduct a lecture on environmental education in the field of proper handling of municipal waste for primary schools, seniors and indicated associations located in the City of Siemianowice Śląskie and organize theatrical performances

on environmental issues in the field of proper handling of municipal waste for kindergartens located in the City of Siemianowice Śląskie,

12) Applications of an electronic monitoring system for filling sets of publicly available containers, the so-called "bells" for the collection of waste in the form of paper, plastics and multi-material packaging, metals and glass, throughout the entire period of contract completion.
