1. The object of the order is:
- provision of services in the field of collection, collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties, uninhabited properties understood as those with summer cottages, other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes and public places from the area of the Łękawica Municipality and their transport to the municipal installation and installation for the processing of selectively collected waste in accordance with the applicable law;
- organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Łękawica Commune, in accordance with the applicable law in this area;
- Expected amount of municipal waste generated that will need to be collected
and manage during the order period: 970 Mg;
-The Contracting Authority envisages a change in the amount of Mg to be collected and managed from the area of the Łękawica Commune;
- A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 2;

- Expected amount of municipal waste generated that will have to be collected and managed during the contract implementation period: 970 Mg;
- The Contracting Authority envisages a change in the amount of Mg to be collected and managed from the area of the Łękawica Commune;
- A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference;
