Insurance service of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Warsaw in the field of motor insurance - in accordance with the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract "

In the description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority specified the quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the contract in accordance with Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law, describing:

(a) the scope of insurance,

b) the subject of insurance,

c) sums insured, sums guaranteed and limits of liability,

(d) the insurance scheme,

(e) the value insured,

f) mandatory clauses,

(g) franchises and own shares.

Detailed conditions based on the indicated minimum range and described mandatory clauses have been extended by provisions contained in the draft agreement relating to, m.in the principles of claims handling, ongoing insurance service, obligations of the parties resulting from the concluded insurance contract, etc.

With regard to compulsory civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner, the quality requirements relating to the main elements of the subject of the contract are specified in the Act of 22.05.2003 on compulsory insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers' Bureau (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 854, as amended).
