Helgeland Avfallsforedling IKS is responsible for the collection and treatment of household waste in six Helgeland municipalities: Rana, Hemnes, Nesna, Lurøy, Rødøy and Træna, as well as the operation of seven recycling stations in the same municipalities.

Helgeland Avfallsforedling IKS would like tenders for the transport and final treatment of up to 2500 tonnes of food waste a year.

The contract will be valid for 1 year from 01.01.2023. The contracting authority has a unilateral option for an extension for 1+1 year. The option will be taken up at the latest 3 months before the current contract period expires.
