The subject of the contract is the delivery of a digital PET/CT device, development of design documentation along with the adaptation of rooms, assembly, installation and commissioning of a digital PET/CT device, training of the contracting authority's staff in its operation and disassembly and disposal of the device intended for cassation in accordance with the boundary conditions and assessed parameters constituting Annex 3 and the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the Terms and Conditions Order.
