Implementation services for the organisation of the inspection of the compliance of building heating systems and combined heating and ventilation systems and air-conditioning or combined air-conditioning and ventilation systems with the established energy efficiency requirements.

Purpose / objectives of the services:

1. To prepare and submit to the Contracting Authority an analysis report;

2. Collect data, taking into account the results presented in the analysis report in accordance with the data collection plan, methodology drawn up;

3. To prepare and submit to the Contracting Authority the reports on improving the energy efficiency of heating and combined heating and ventilation systems of buildings for the years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, including a summary report for the years 4 (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024);

4. To prepare and submit to the Contracting Authority reports on improving the energy efficiency of air conditioning or combined air-conditioning and ventilation systems in buildings for the years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, including a summary report for the years 4 years (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024);

5. To create a database of systematized and structured information for the verification of energy efficiency requirements;

6. To submit to the Contracting Authority models for checking compliance with the efficiency requirements set out in Article 27(6) of the Law on Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
