The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste on the territory of the city of Grajewo from the owners of inhabited property and parts of uninhabited property between 1.7.2021 and 30.6.2022.

The object of the order is the receipt of municipal waste from inhabited properties and parts of uninhabited property, on which municipal waste arises from 1.7.2021 to 30.6.2022. Mixed waste collection facilities are provided by property owners. The Contractor is required to lease the bins to property owners for an additional fee borne by the property owners.

Contractors and bags for the collection of waste selectively collected to owners of residing property are provided by the Contractor.

1) Multifamily development

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers set up in existing places (dumpster gazebos, designated areas for containers). Containers are provided by property owners.

Export frequency — 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 to 20:00 (subject to an increase in the frequency of exports over the holidays in an adjusted quantity). It is allowed to set other deadlines with building managers.

(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste:

Selective collection of municipal waste will take place to specialized containers. The Contractor provides containers and sets them in places indicated by the Ordering Party. Containers of another color are allowed provided the container is marked with the appropriate inscription.

The duty of the Contractor shall be:

1) monitoring and emptying of containers with a frequency that guarantees the failure of waste to containers, but not less than 2 times a week - of waste collected selectively; exports of the waste will be carried out in accordance with a timetable drawn up by the Contractor and agreed by Contractor with building managers, in agreement and after acceptance by the Ordering Party;

2) the transport and transfer of waste to the Waste Management Plant in Koszarówka and the presentation of evidence to the Contracting Authority (once a month) confirming the performance of these activities, i.e. the transfer card of waste;

3) maintenance of containers in proper technical, sanitary and ordinal condition.

2) Single-family buildup

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be displayed in containers before the property on the day of receipt. Containers are provided by property owners. Reception frequency — once every 2 weeks on the days fixed with the Ordering Party, from 7.00015020.00.

(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste

Selective collection of municipal waste will take place in a bag system. The Contractor provides bags and provides property owners in the following quantities:

(a) PET plastics and industrial-economic plastic type, as well as multi-plant packaging and metals — yellow color — 65.000 pcs. ;

b) colored and colorless glass — green color — 25.000 pcs ;

(c) paper and waste paper — blue color — 15,000 pcs ;

(d) biowaste — brown color — 45,000 pcs ;

(e) ash — black or white — 40,000 pcs

The frequency of receipt of packaging waste collected selectively — once a month, on days fixed with the Ordering Party, from 7.00 to 20.00, and biodegradable waste and ash, once every two weeks.

3) Uninhabited properties:

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01)

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers set up in existing places (dumpster gazebos, designated areas for containers). Containers are provided by property owners.

(b) Selectively harvested municipal waste. Selective collection of municipal waste will take place in specialized containers or bags. The property owner provides bins or bags and sets them in places that allow access to and empty them.
