The SERL and the Métropole de Lyon have decided to form a group of orders to carry out an extended urban design mission on the scale of an intervention area of 40 ha, which includes a double perimeter. The consultation initiated aims at the conclusion of two framework agreements as regulated by articles R. 2162-1 and following of the code of public order. 1 er will concern the ZAC perimeter, under the contracting authority of the SERL and the 2 d , will concern land located outside ZAC, under the contracting authority of the Métropole de Lyon.
