The target of the procurement is transcription of media files (video and audio files) and subtitling services.

The media files to be transcribed and/or subtitled can be of different types, such as broadcast recordings of City Council meetings, recordings of interviews, video blog-type recordings lasting a few minutes, recordings of live broadcasts of public events, seminars or smaller meetings, recordings of Philharmonic orchestra performances or podcast files.
