Conclusion of framework agreements for the provision of real estate valuation services together with components of the KOWR Resource.

The Contracting Authority shall conclude framework agreements with the Contractors in the amount of:

part I – 7 contractors,

part II – 12 contractors,

part III – 4 contractors,

part IV – 8 contractors,

part V – 4 contractors,

Determination of the value of undeveloped real estate (agricultural or intended for non-agricultural purposes, i.e. housing, services, trade, economic activation, sport, recreation, wind turbines and others, as well as for various purposes) for the purposes of disposal from the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury from the area of the following poviats of the Wielkopolska Province: Chodzieski, Czarnkówsko-Trzcianecki, Piła, Złotowski

— undeveloped property with an area of up to 2 ha – estimated number of operators: 300,

— undeveloped property with an area from 2.0001 ha to 5 ha – estimated number of surveys: 48,

— undeveloped property with an area from 5.0001 ha to 20 ha – estimated number of surveys: 42,

— undeveloped property with an area from 20.0001 ha to 50 ha – estimated number of operators: 20,

— undeveloped property with an area of 50.0001 ha – estimated number of operators: 15.

Determination of the value of built-up real estate, organized together with components, outlays (e.g. tree stand, fences, others) and objects and devices permanently connected with the land, for the purposes of disposal from the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury from the area of the following poviats of the Wielkopolska Province: Chodzieski, Czarnków-Trzcianecki, Pilski, Złotowski.

— built-up property with an area from 2.0001 ha to 5 ha – estimated number of surveys: 18,

Determination of the value of real estate from the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury from the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship in order to update perpetual usufruct fees, sale to the perpetual usufructuary, determine or update fees under the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. permanent management, sale pursuant to Art. 231 of the Civil Code.

— sale to perpetual usufructuary – estimated number of operators: 8,

— fixing/updating of fees permanent management – estimated number of operators: 6,
