1. The subject of the contract is a Comprehensive System of Individual Waste Segregation eliminating anonymity and collective responsibility in the Community of Świebodzin, including:
1.1. Execution of a Comprehensive System of Individual Waste Segregation eliminating anonymity and collective responsibility together with the supply of tools enabling the control of selective collection of waste in multi-family buildings and management of this system and the performance of necessary construction works on the territory of the municipality Świebodzin, hereinafter referred to as the “System” on the basis of the project documentation developed by the Contractor,
1.2. Modernization of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Lake 55, through its design, construction and equipment together with the delivery of an IT system for its operation and mobile application for users, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”.
1. The subject of the contract is a Comprehensive System of Individual Waste Segregation eliminating anonymity and collective responsibility in the Community of Świebodzin, including:
1.1. Execution of a Comprehensive System of Individual Waste Segregation eliminating anonymity and collective responsibility together with the supply of tools enabling the control of selective collection of waste in multi-family buildings and management of this system and the performance of necessary construction works on the territory of the municipality Świebodzin, hereinafter referred to as the “System” on the basis of the project documentation developed by the Contractor,
1.2. Modernization of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Lake 55, through its design, construction and equipment together with the delivery of an IT system for its operation and mobile application for users, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”.
2. The detailed scope and manner of execution of the subject of the contract are included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which is Annex No 1a to SWZ (about the System) and in the Functional and Utilities Programme, which is Annex No 1b to SWZ (about PSZOK).
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
4. The order is carried out as part of funding from the Government Fund of Polish Governance Program: Strategic Investment Programme.
