The subject of the tender is a framework agreement on the supply of school-based mobile devices (tablets) and the accessories required for the use of these devices (keyboard/cover combination, charging cable) for pupils in the area of responsibility of the client.
The tender consists of 5 lots. In each lot, a framework agreement is concluded with up to 3 companies:
Lot 1 - Primary schools: estimated purchase of 1060 mobile devices (iPads); Binding maximum purchase quantity 1200 mobile devices (iPads)
Lot 2 - Secondary schools I and II: estimated purchase volume 639 mobile devices (iPads); Binding maximum purchase quantity 710 mobile devices (iPads)
Lot 3 - Lower secondary level I and II: estimated purchase rate 641 mobile devices (iPads); Binding maximum purchase quantity 710 mobile devices (iPads)
Lot 4 - Kids iPad cases; estimated purchase quantity 1060 covers; Binding maximum purchase quantity 1200 covers
Lot 5 - iPad cases with keyboard; estimated purchase quantity 1280 shells; Binding maximum purchase quantity 1420 covers
For technical reasons, the five lots formed will be published in separate project rooms of the NRW procurement marketplace.
Tenders for several or all lots may be submitted. There is no restriction on the number of lots for which an individual tenderer may be awarded the contract.
(a) The framework agreement shall be divided into the following lots with the following maximum purchase quantities:

The framework agreement provides for expected project funding in accordance with the Guideline on the Granting of Grants for the Promotion of the Digitisation of Schools in North Rhine-Westphalia (RL DigitalPakt NRW) for measures at schools and in regions (RdErl. d. Ministry of School and Education of 11.09.2019, OJ No. North Rhine-Westphalia. 09/19), the Directive on the Promotion of Terminal Equipment for Schools in North Rhine-Westphalia as part of the Digital Equipment Offensive for Schools in NRW (RdErl. d. Ministry of School and Education of 15.10.2021, OJ No. North Rhine-Westphalia. Special issue 10/21), the Directive on the promotion of terminal equipment for schools in North Rhine-Westphalia within the framework of the "REACT-EU" (RdErl. d. Ministry of School and Education of 15.10.2021, OJ No. North Rhine-Westphalia. Special issue 10/21) as well as the Directive on the promotion of digital immediate equipment in courses for the subsequent acquisition of secondary school leaving certificates in accordance with § 6 of the Continuing Education Act and preparatory measures at adult education centres and further education institutions recognised under the Continuing Education Act in another sponsorship -RL ZBW-REACT-EU-ERDF (RdErl. d. Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia of 8.6.2021, MBl.NRW. p. 442) underlying. The aim of the funding programmes is to improve the digital equipment at the schools and to enable the eligible schools to fully equip all pupils with digital devices, provided that the prerequisites for this are met and to support the recognised further education institutions with the digital equipment.
