The subject of the Contract are construction works consisting in the execution of stage IV - the construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on Journal of Laws No. 618/27 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including: construction of the road Sułkowskiego Street and the internal road (connecting Sułkowskiego Street with Wojska Polskiego Street) together with the maneuvering area and parking lots, external lighting of the road (lamps without foundations) and drainage installation with drains

1. The subject of the Contract are construction works consisting in the execution of stage IV - its construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on Journal of Laws No. 618/27 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including: construction of an access road to the Primary School - Sułkowskiego Street and an internal road (connecting Sułkowskiego Street with Wojska Polskiego Street) together with a maneuvering yard and parking lots, external lighting of the road (lamps without foundations) and drainage installation with drains;

2. The area of the Primary School under construction is located in the north-eastern part of Mysłakowice, at Sułkowskiego Street, on the plot with registration number: 618/27, as well as on parts of the plots registration number: 618/22, 618/28, 821 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, in the area bordering:

- on the north side with access road Sułkowskiego Street (item no. 613) and agricultural areas;

- from the eastern side with the PKP area- the single-track railway line (as dated no. 460/2) and the voivodeship road Jeleniogórska Street (jeleniogórska Street) (jd no. 617/1)

- on the south side with the area of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre (Dos. 618/22) and Wojska Polskiego Street (item no. 821);

- west side with park area (former palace park) — Dos. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential development.

Currently, the first and second stage of construction works is being carried out, consisting in the execution of part of the underground infrastructure of the area and the raw state of the closed school building, hardening of playgrounds with equipment, finishing with internal installations of the sports block, lightning protection installation, external sun blinds. A tender procedure for the third stage of construction is also being conducted.

3. The subject of the contract shall include in detail:

Land use (roads, architecture):

a) construction of the road Sułkowskiego Street with sidewalks and bicycle paths and parking lots;

b) construction of an internal road (connecting Sułkowskiego Street with Wojska Polskiego Street) with a maneuvering area in the pre-entrance area to the school building and gymnasium, parking lots and parking spaces;

c) making a sidewalk along the southern façade of the gymnasium of the school building;

(d) plantation/grading of land in the zone of roads constructed

Sanitary installations – land development:

e) drainage of paved areas with connection to the installation

rainwater drainage;

Electrical installations – land development:

f) installation of lighting poles and luminaires for external lighting of the road ul.
