1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to municipal buildings administered by KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o., buildings of KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o. and to 18 organizational units of the Legionowo Commune listed in Annex 1 to SWZ 2. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 1,600,000 kWh. 3. As part of the implementation of point 1, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to: 1) notify PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch Warsaw, Marsa 95, 04-470 Warsaw, PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Hoża 63/67 00-681 Warsaw to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, 2) represent the Ordering Party before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the contract for the provision of distribution services. 4. The performance of the above activities takes place on the basis of a power of attorney, constituting Annex 2 to the draft contract, regarding the list of facilities, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex No. 1, Appendix No. 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ). 5. The Contractor must have concluded and in force a contract, the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local System Operator. 6. Actual settlements for the supply of electricity will take place on the basis of current indications of measurement and settlement systems according to the rates indicated in the contract – resulting from the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party has the right to change the amount of contractual force in writing on the terms resulting from the Tariff. Settlements of the services provided will be made in monthly settlement periods on the basis of rates and fees specified in the contract. 7. The Ordering Party informs that the facilities have a separate sales and distribution agreement – another change of the seller. 8. KZB Legionowo Sp. z o.o. and 18 organizational units have concluded sales agreements resulting from previous proceedings concluded for a definite period until 31.12.2022 with E.ON POLSKA S.A. with its registered office at Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 41, 00-347 Warsaw 9. After the settlement of the proceedings, each of the mentioned Ordering Parties will sign a separate sales contract and there will be a total of 19 of them. There will be the same number of payers.

2. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 shall be 1,600,000 kWh.
