1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 562 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 4 386.86 MWh,

of this:

1) For premises and facilities – other tariff groups (Part 1 of the order) – 3 375.02 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is Annex. 1a to SWZ

2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) – 318.76 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is Annex. 1b

3) For the needs of road lighting (Part 3 zam.)– 693.08 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is Annex. 1c

2. Quality standards

1) Prem. Order. There are electricity supplies with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Quality standards. electricity is described in the Pe Act and in the Regulation. Minister of Climate and Wednesdays. of 22.03.2023r. on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system. The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade are set out in the Regulations. Minister of Climate and Wednesday dated 29.11.2002.

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 460 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 3 375.02 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to the possibility of different dates (start and end) for individual PPE - details of delivery times for individual collection points are described

in Annex 1a to the SWZ, the column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

6. The Contracting Authority Gardeja Municipality has the status of a Producer for PPE 590243823003478725. A PV installation with a capacity of 17.1 kWp is installed in the facility; planned amount of energy produced – approx. 17 MWh per year; planned amount of electricity intended for repurchase by the contractor during the term of the contract – 0.5 MWh.

The contracting authority envisages concluding a contract with the contractor whose bid will be selected for the resale and balancing of unused energy generated in a micro-installation, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract - 318.76 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to the possibility of different dates (start and end) for individual PPE - details of delivery dates in relation to individual consumption points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. Current electricity supply contracts shall expire or terminate with effect from the day before the planned start date of supply (column 'Delivery period').

7. The Contracting Authority Municipality of Gardeja has the status of a Producer for PPE 590243823003685413. A 40.0 kWp PV installation is installed in the facility; planned amount of energy produced – 40 MWh per year; planned amount of electricity intended for repurchase by the contractor during the term of the contract – 0.5 MWh.

The contracting authority envisages concluding a contract with the contractor whose bid will be selected for the resale and balancing of unused energy generated in a micro-installation, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.

8. The Contracting Authority Municipality of Ryjewo has the status of a Producer for PPE 590243823003760516. A PV installation with a capacity of 49.99 kWp is installed in the facility; planned amount of energy produced – 50 MWh per year; the planned amount of electricity intended for repurchase by the contractor during the term of the contract - 0.5 MWh.

The contracting authority envisages concluding a contract with the contractor whose bid will be selected for the resale and balancing of unused energy generated in a micro-installation, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.

5. Electricity supply contracts currently in force shall expire or terminate with effect from the day before the planned start date of supply (column 'Delivery period').
