ARGO, Odsherred Municipality and FORS wish to enter into framework agreements on the collection and treatment of hazardous waste from recycling centres and pharmacies schemes.
The tender is divided into 3 lots, one for each Contracting Entity concerning its geographical area in which the recycling centres and pharmacies are distributed. (All lots can be concluded with the same Supplier).
The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years without additional options.
Delaftale 1 - ARGOARGO operates 14 recycling centres that can be used by both private individuals and companies. The recycling centres are listed in Appendix 3 - ARGO's recycling centres.
The ordering entity is entitled to make changes to the recycling centres, including closing or adding recycling centres or making changes to the recycling centres' opening hours.
The volume offered is expected to be approximately 620 tonnes per year. However, the final quantity may vary from this figure as it is based on best estimate at the time of supply.
Lot 2 - OdsherredOdsherred operates 4 recycling centres that can be used by both private individuals and companies. The recycling centres are listed in Appendix 4 - Odsherred's locations for collection.
In addition, Odsherred Municipality is responsible for collection of hazardous waste from 3 pharmacies, these are also listed in Appendix 4 - Odsherred's locations for collection.
The ordering entity is entitled to make changes to the recycling centres, including closing or adding recycling centres or making changes to the recycling centres' opening hours.
The volume offered is expected to be approximately 150 tonnes per year. However, the final quantity may vary from this figure as it is based on best estimate at the time of supply.
Delaftale 3 - FORSFORS operates 5 recycling centres that can be used by both private individuals and companies.
At the recycling centres, FORS also has an ADR approved box for sorting hazardous waste. Hereinafter referred to as the "Kurt Box". This Kurt box contains reactive O-waste, but other things may occur. When ordering, the supplier must come out and sort the Kurt box into its own prepared dishes, and dispose of it, like other hazardous waste from the recycling center, when sorting. Sorting of the Kurt box is ordered at the recycling centres when it is filled - expected volume is approx. 2 times a year per recycling centre.
FORS also handles the collection of hazardous waste from environmental cabinets in the housing associations in Holbæk Municipality, 4 times a year via another supplier. Hereafter referred to as the "Collection".
The quantities from the collection are part of the agreement and will be reloaded at Holbæk recycling centre. The waste will be marked separately with the text "Collection", in addition to the statutory marking. At Holbæk recycling centre, the hazardous waste dishes from the collection are kept separate from Holbæk's recycling centre's own quantities, just as invoicing and quantity statements must be kept separate.
In addition, FORS has 3 pharmacies in their scheme, which themselves order collection of medicine and clinical risk waste with direct collection from the pharmacies. Billing and quantity statement are sent separately per pharmacy to the Customer. The recycling centres, collection centres and pharmacies are listed in Appendix 5 - FORS collection locations.
