Technical planning technical equipment ELT (ALG 4-6) acc. § 53 ff. HOAI 2013, phases 2-3 and 5-9, 12th elementary school Dresden-Cotta, Hebbelstr. 20, 01157 Dresden, gradual commissioning.

The state capital of Dresden intends to completely renovate the school building and the existing sports hall, with additions for expansion, the construction of a new 1-field sports hall and the reorganization and restoration of the open spaces.

Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 11.26 million gross (incl. KG 600)

The client (AG) intends the service phases (Lph) 2-3 + 5-9 of the service technical planning technical equipment ELT system group 4-6 according to HOAI § 53 ff. I. V. m. Annex 15 to be commissioned. The order is placed in stages. At the end of the negotiation process, service phase 2 is contractually commissioned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been provided. Service phase 8 is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Technical equipment ELT ALG 4-6 according to HOAI § 53 ff. In conjunction with Appendix 15, LPH 2-3 + 5-9 for the scope of services of the following sub-objects in the project "12. Elementary School Dresden-Cotta ":

- Complete renovation of the listed school building with extension for elevator (TO 1);

- Refurbishment of the listed sports hall with connection (roofing) to the school building and with an extension (TO 2);

- Construction of a 1-field sports hall (TO 3);

- Redesign and preparation of the open spaces (TO 4).

The service to be commissioned only concerns TO 1-3.
