The Seren Group is seeking tenders for the post of external auditor for 5 years commencing with the audit of the 31 March 2014 financial year. There will be an option to extend the appointment on an annual basis for a maximum of 3 further years.

The services will cover:

— Audit of the financial statements of each Group Member,

— Taxation services where appropriate,

— Ad hoc certifications, for example in respect of grant funded activity.
