The agreement consists of:

- Processing coarse residual waste and optional transport,

- The processing of a number of raw materials from the environment and optional transport.

The contracting authority wants to put the contract on the market in two separate lots. In this tender, it was deliberately chosen to divide the contract into two lots, because the coarse residual waste collected on the environment is actually bulky residual waste from which it is expected that hardly any additional raw materials can be obtained. In addition, market research shows that the best price can be obtained by placing the processing of bulky residual waste on the market as a separate order.
