The subject of the order is the delivery of used two-component diesel multiple units.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of used two-component diesel multiple units, hereinafter referred to as "Vehicles". Vehicles must, inter alia:
1) be adapted for carrying out regional transport work on various categories of railway lines with platform height of 300-760 mm;
2) have an indefinite document issued by the President of the Office of Rail Transport authorizing them to operate on the railway infrastructure in Poland, in particular on the railway infrastructure managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowa SA;
3) be technically sound and have, at the time of submission to the Employer, a valid technical performance certificate, and - according to the maintenance documentation held - may not require performance of P4 level maintenance for a period of at least 4 years from the deadline for submission of tenders in the Procedure;
4) be registered in the National Rail Vehicle Register (NVR) and have European Rail Vehicle Numbers (EVN) assigned;
5) have a passenger information system, air conditioning for the driver's cabin and passenger part, vehicle interior monitoring, cruise control.
2. The Contractor whose offer will be assessed as the most advantageous - in confirmation that it meets the requirements of the Employer - is obliged to submit upon request
1) license conditions for the use of Vehicle documentation covered by copyright and
2) license terms for computer programs (software).
