The aim of this tender is to award a framework contract for the procurement of digital business trolleys to a competent and efficient contractor for the provision of the services listed in the specifications. To support the medical and nursing documentation processes (access to the digital patient file, medication and vital data collection), so-called mobile digital ward trolleys are to be procured. The ward trolleys are operated both directly at the patient's bedside and in the wider ward area in order to optimize the daily processes in the course of patient care. The design, ergonomics and functional aspects of the mobile digital ward trolleys play an extremely important role in promoting the efficiency and ease of use of the health facility staff.

The services of the Contractor include the delivery of the systems, the pre-configuration according to AG definitions from the specifications, the delivery of the systems to the clinic locations (according to the specifications), as well as service and maintenance.

A framework agreement is concluded. A minimum of 80 (estimated quantity) and a maximum of 120 wagons (maximum quantity) shall be accepted. A further retrieval of wagons is ruled out. The maintenance and the possibility of retrofitting the wagons remains unaffected.
