1) Basic scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the development of a construction design and detailed design along with obtaining all required and necessary opinions, agreements and decisions, including an appropriate administrative decision (ZRID decision) enabling the implementation of the investment including the construction of a new bridge over the Vistula River along with access roads to constitute a new route of DW 775 on the section from the intersection with DK 79 in the town of Śmiłowice to the existing roundabout at the intersection of DW 964 and DW 965 in the village of Grobla – Świniary. This is the basic scope of the contract.

2) Optional scope of the order: In addition to the scope of the basic contract indicated in point 1, the Contracting Authority provides, at the same time, under the reserved option right, the authorial supervision of robots carried out on the basis of design documentation developed within the scope of the basic order. This is the optional scope of the order.
