Framework Agreement - Environmental Geological and Geotechnical Investigations

Environmental geological and geotechnical investigations are to be awarded on the basis of a framework agreement.

The services include in detail:

- Collection of gravel and soil samples to determine and classify the environmental geological load

- ground investigations

- Waste management and geotechnical support of construction measures

A framework agreement for environmental geological and geotechnical investigations is to be concluded. On the basis of its estimate of the value of the contract, the contracting authority assumes that, on the basis of this framework agreement, an average of individual contracts with a total amount of approx. EUR 180,000 (net) will be called off per year and across all lots in approx. 50 individual contracts (estimated contract value).

The contractor is obliged to take on even the smallest orders at short notice. By submitting an offer within 24 hours, the Contractor shall ensure that
