The purpose of the contract is the provision of concierge services, maintenance, coordination and cleaning of the municipal sports facilities of Molins de Rei.

The purpose of the contract is the concierge and maintenance service, the cleaning service and the coordination of the municipal sports facilities which are hereby related to the indication of the annual hours of each of the services.

— Poliesportiu Municipal: located in Sant Antoni Ma Street. Claret, 1, bis, where training activities and competitions of basketball, handball, hockey, indoor football, skating and volleyball are held.

Total expected annual concierge service hours: one thousand six hundred hours

Cleaning service will not be provided at this facility.

— Poliesportiu La Sínia: located in Passeig del Terraplè, 98. The usual activities are training and futsal competitions, handball, basketball and volleyball.

Total planned annual concierge service hours: three thousand one hundred and twenty-six hours.

Total planned annual cleaning hours: one thousand one hundred and eighty-two hours.

— Ricard Ginebreda Sportiva Zone: located at c/ Felip Canalias, 17-19. The activities that are carried out are training and competitions in football, 7 football, weightlifting, judo, gymnastics and climbing.

Total planned annual concierge service hours: three thousand six hundred sixty-three hours.

Total planned annual cleaning hours: two thousand ninety-four hours.

The management of the facilities is the responsibility of the City Council of Molins de Rei. Two different periods of activity in the facilities are noteworthy:

— regular sports season: from September to June with a maximum sporting activity,

— special periods of Christmas, Easter and summer (1 July to 30 August with minimal sporting activity).

Coordination of sports facilities services:

In contract includes a person who assumes the coordination of the different services provided in each of the facilities which will also be the contact person with the municipal technical manager.

Small Repair Service:

In the Ricard Ginebreda Sports Zone there is a space where a workshop with tools will be installed to carry out minor repairs in the sports facilities.

The service coordinator shall communicate weekly to the person responsible for the contract of the small maintenance work carried out by the concierge service.

Investments throughout the execution of the contract:

During the first two years of execution of the contract, the winning bidder must change the grids of the scrapyards of the Ricart Ginebreda football field and purchase a set of futsal goals and a basketball net set at the Pavelló La Sínia facilities.

You will have to replenish the networks of football, basketball, 7 football and futsal goals in the three sports facilities annually.

Material to be provided at the beginning of the execution of the contract:

— an electric industrial automatic scrubber with conductor,

— an industrial dust/water vacuum cleaner,

— a laptop,

— a printer/scanner,

— a mobile phone,

— tools for the workshop for maintenance and repair of the facilities valued at EUR 4 800.

Modification of the planned contract:

It is envisaged the modification of the contract with the expansion of the various services at the Josep Raich Municipal Football Camp.
