regiobus Hannover GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as "Client") is a local transport company in and for the Hanover region. Together with other transport companies, regiobus Hannover GmbH operates local public transport in the transport association "Großraum-Verkehr Hannover" (GVH). regiobus Hannover GmbH was founded in 1998 from the merger of three transport companies and one service company. regiobus Hannover GmbH is spread over six locations with the administration in Hanover and the depots in Burgdorf, Mellendorf, Neustadt am Rbge., Wunstorf and Eldagsen. The company employs around 730 people. With almost 400 vehicles used in regular service (260 of which are own), approximately 28 million passengers are transported annually.
In the greater Hanover area, the client operates around 120 routes with its own drivers.
With this award, the client intends to procure two framework contracts for the supply and service maintenance of mobile toilet facilities in two lots.
At various end points, the client provides the driver with a toilet location in the form of a toilet cabin (toilet cabin) or a toilet container (toilet container), depending on the local situation. Existing locations are to be replaced or newly established with this procurement in accordance with the detailed description of Lots 1 and 2 at the respective locations. The installation should take place as soon as possible step by step from the award of the contract at the specified locations. The systems should be made available for a period of at least 3 years and regularly maintained and cleaned by the supplier from installation and replaced in the event of damage. In addition to the previously planned locations, the client would like to open up the option of being able to set up either mobile toilet cabins or toilet containers at other locations at the same conditions in the future.
The mobile toilet facilities provided shall be made available for a period of at least 3 years and shall be regularly serviced and cleaned by the supplier from installation and replaced in the event of damage.
