The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services of a public utility nature in municipal passenger transport in the Szydłowo Municipality in 2023, on 14 communication lines.
The total length of the line is 539.5 km. Planned total amount of operational work performed on all lines: 316 418.00 vehicle-kilometers. The transport will take place from Monday to Friday, on school days.

The Contractor will be obliged to ensure the continuity of connections in the above scope, to ensure the appropriate quality of passenger service, including in particular: safe travel, clean and aesthetic appearance of buses, punctuality of running in accordance with the timetable, courteous attitude of the driver to passengers, neat appearance of the drivers, providing information by the driver to passengers regarding, m.in, the route of the line serviced, order regulations during the journey and stop at the Stops. In particular, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with all publicly imposed restrictions resulting from separate legal provisions issued by the legislator in connection with the state of epidemic, each time adapting the technical requirements of means of transport to the current possibilities and legal recommendations, including possible restrictions on the number of people, the need to keep distances, covering the nose and mouth with a mask and any other restrictions.
In addition, when performing this agreement, the Contractor will be obliged to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs in accordance with Article 4(3) and (4) of the Act of 19 July 2019 on Accessibility for Persons with Special Needs (Journal of Laws 2020.1062),
