KPP III.2611.3.2022 - PROVIDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR NETWORK DEVICES

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services and software updates for network devices used in the Supreme Court. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders, then the contractor may submit a bid for the selected part or all of the parts listed below: - Part No. 1 - Provision of maintenance services and software updates for Cisco products. − Part 2 – Providing maintenance and software updates for Check Point products. − Part No. 3 – Provision of maintenance services for RSA.4.3 products. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Whenever the subject of the contract is described by means of trademarks, patents or origin, the source of a particular process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is assumed that the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, and this description is accompanied by the term "or equivalent". – the criteria for assessing equivalence are described in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services and software updates for network devices used in the Supreme Court. − Part No. 3 – Provision of maintenance services for RSA products.
