The subject of the contract includes the provision of services related to the booking, sale and delivery of domestic and foreign air, rail, bus and ferry tickets for the Employer's employees and associates, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract and the offer of the Contractor. The term "accompanying services" should be understood as additional services offered by the Contractor aimed at improving travel organization (e.g. car rental) or improving its security (issuing a travel cancellation policy). The Employer reserves the right to use these services in situations that require it. The contract is concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract or until the amount of PLN 3,466,362.13 gross.

The above-mentioned amount also includes the cost of purchase, tickets, hotel and accompanying places.

If the amount is used within 24 months - the contract will expire.

The subject of the contract is "Comprehensive domestic and foreign business travel service for ITB employees, including the provision of booking services and the purchase of tickets for air and rail transport as well as the reservation and purchase of hotel seats and associated services." The term "accompanying services" should be understood as additional services offered by the Contractor aimed at improving travel organization (e.g. car rental) or improving its security (issuing a travel cancellation policy). The Purchaser reserves the right to use these services in situations that require it.

The Employer requires that persons carrying out activities consisting of booking, purchasing and providing the Employer with air, rail, bus, ferry hotel services are employed on the basis of an employment contract. The minimum number of people as well as the number of full-time employees is determined by the Contractor, bearing in mind the need for timely and proper performance of the subject of the contract.
