In the context of this award,
1. The transition/transformation and subsequent operation and central IT operations services, such as servers, storage and first level support
2. The transition/transformation and the subsequent SAP application management (including the operation of the associated IT infrastructure) and
3. The transition/transformation and subsequent operation of a SOC/SIEM
over three lots - as 2nd generation outsourcing- tendered.
The order volume of the lots is as follows:
Lot 1: approx. 100 servers, approx. 100 TB storage, approx. 40 databases, approx. 1,100 workstations
Lot 2: approx. 18 SAP instances incl. the underlying hardware
Lot 3: approx. 1,100 jobs
