The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of indicated municipal waste from real estate covered by the municipal waste management system collected on the territory of inhabited and uninhabited properties used only for part of the year, on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes, located in the Gmina Będzino.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes, throughout the entire period of the contract, the collection and development from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate used only for part of the year, on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes of waste:

1) unsegregated (20 03 01),

2) waste collected selectively in containers for multi-family buildings and in bags - for owners of individual buildings, including:

(a) glass and glass packaging (15 01 07),

(b) paper and paperboard, including packaging (15 01 01, 20 01 01),

c) metals, multi-material packaging, plastics (15 01 02.15 01 06, 20 01 40),

(d) biodegradable waste, including Christmas trees (20 02 01).

Preparation of monthly reports and reports resulting from applicable regulations.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account all the requirements of the Ordering Party is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
